One of our customers buys duck eggs instead of chicken eggs. Their son is allergic to chicken eggs or has a sensitivity to them and can’t eat them. But he can eat duck eggs.
Recently they were having a holiday meal and had planned to make deviled eggs. But they wanted to make deviled eggs their son could have, so they got an extra dozen duck eggs for these.
He told me this recipe was the best deviled eggs his family has ever had, so I had to ask if it would be okay to share the recipe with everyone!
I gotta say I think they look amazing. I can’t wait to try the recipe myself.
